On-Property

Day passes are available based on occupancy of the resort. We recommend calling 239-472-5161 around 8 AM the day–of for availability. Day passes are $100 per car, with a maximum carload of 5 people. Passes are valid for one day, from morning until dusk.

Yes, at designated smoking areas that can be found around the resort.

Due to staff shortages related to the COVID- 19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending daily housekeeping service. Should you need any supplies or additional linens, please touch “0” for direct room delivery.

Our complimentary housekeeping service is available for extended stays, every third day. If you prefer no housekeeping service, please alert the Guest Services by touching “0.” Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 14 days of arrival in a guest room, studio or one-bedroom suite, cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
Within 14 days of arrival, cancellations and date changes are non-refundable and will result in a charge of 1 (one) night plus tax.

Prior to 30 days of arrival in any cottage, or 2 & 3 bedroom suite, cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
Within 30 days of arrival, guests that opted out of Deposit Protection that cancel or change dates of stay will forfeit collected deposits.
