Beach Shelling

While it’s not a sport, no vacation to ‘Tween Waters and Captiva Island is complete without a walk on our beach and a chance for you to partake of the “Captiva Crouch.” Be sure to pack your sunblock and grab your collection bag, because odds are you’ll hit the shell lover’s jackpot. Join this 1-hour informative adventure, walking the beach guided by a local biologist and naturalist. Learn all about our local wildlife, ask questions and see how much fun learning can be. Wednesdays at 7.30 am, meet at Adventure Sea Kayak & SUP located bayside. Just note: live shells should legally remain on the beach.
