Roosevelt Cottage 107

Roosevelt Cottage 107

4 guests   1 bedroom   1 bed   1 bath

Among our most iconic and popular cottages over 70 years old, this historic seaside cottage is named after President Teddy Roosevelt, avid outdoorsman who enjoyed visiting Captiva and fishing the Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound . Located at the threshold to our private beaches along famed Captiva Drive, this charming Gulf-view cottage is mere steps to our sugar sand paradise.

The 1-bedroom cottage embodies rustic charm with rich wood tones and a delightful brick fireplace in your living room. You’ll also enjoy king bed and bath, sleeper sofa, kitchenette and relaxing screened porch with magnificent views, sunup to sunset. Bonus: TripAdvisor’s top-rated Old Captiva House (and Crow’s Nest Bar & Grille) are just moments away.

Behind the Name: Roosevelt Channel, located on our bayside, is named after President Theodore Roosevelt who fished there. Roosevelt was a conservationist and naturalist who fell in love with the untamed nature of Sanibel and Captiva Island.

We have been staying at ‘Tween Waters for 30+ years and always have a great time. We love the cottages and the beach.
